Burnley secured their first win of 2024 with a 2-1 win over Brentford at Turf Moor.
Jacob Bruun Larsen scored a 10th-minute penalty after Sergio Reguilon was sent off for fouling Vitinho, receiving the fastest red card this season.
David Datro Fofana then netted in the 62nd minute - amending for an earlier 'miss of the season' contender - to give Vincent Kompany's men daylight.
Kristoffer Ajer got a goal back for the visitors but they ran out of time to find an equaliser.
The result still leaves Burnley eight points from safety in 19th, while Brentford are four points clear of the drop zone in 15th.
