Accrington Stanley have signed Southport midfielder David Morgan for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half-year deal and Burnley midfielder Adam Phillips on loan.
Phillips, 23, had a loan spell with League Two Morecambe in the first half of the campaign, and has joined until the end of the season.
Both players could feature against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday.
