Burnley manager Vincent Kompany heralded Burnley's 1-0 win at Blackburn to claim the Championship title as a 'tremendous achievement'.
The Clarets failed to provide their usual star-wattage for much of the game but Rovers were unable to capitalise on the patchy showing, only able to carve out half-chances for Tyrhys Dolan and Dominic Hyam.
But just past the hour mark, Manuel Benson rose to the occasion and curled a sumptuous strike into the far corner of Blackburn's net to seal the league win.
The win at Ewood Park marked the second time Burnley have triumphed over Blackburn this season, and Kompany lauded the players for clinching the title at the home of their biggest rivals.
