Victor Olofsson’s Clutch Shot Earns Sabres a Point

When the game was on the line, rookie Victor Olofsson came through in a huge way for the Buffalo Sabres last night.

All evening long the Columbus Blue Jackets had dominated the Sabres. But thanks to a fantastic job in goal by Linus Ullmark Buffalo kept themselves within striking distance.

Late in the game, Alex Texier was able to score a goal to give Columbus the 3-2 lead halfway through the third. At this point with the way the game had gone, it seemed very unlikely that the Sabres would be able to tie the game.
