Sabres sign Pysyk to two year, $2.25 million contract

While they wait to see whether or not free agent defenseman Johnny Oduya will sign with them or not, the Buffalo Sabres have taken care of another free agent blueliner - this one an RFA - by signing Mark Pysyk to a new two-year, $2.25 million contract, according to Tim Wharnsbty of CBC.

Pysyk spent all of last season in Rochester, though that was mostly to ensure the team finished in 30th place.
