The Buffalo Sabres announced the team has signed goaltender Jason Kasdorf to an entry-level contract.
Kasdorf (6’3”, 172 lbs., 5/18/1992) recently completed his senior season at R.P.I., where he posted a 12-12-5 record with a .931 save percentage and a 2.30 goals-against average. The Winnipeg, Manitoba native ranked fourth in the ECAC in save percentage for the season and earned the conference’s Goaltender of the Week award on Jan. 19, 2016.
Originally drafted by the Winnipeg Jets in the sixth round (157th overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft, Kasdorf was acquired by the Sabres on Feb.
