More depth is coming to the Sabres organization with two more smaller signings.
The Buffalo Sabres free agent frenzy continues (if by frenzy you mean a bunch of smaller, depth signings) as the team announced today they've signed Carlo Colaiacovo and Cal O`Reilly.
Colaiacovo will likely serve as one of the Sabres bottom two defenseman, as he fulfills the left-handed requirement and has appeared on five different NHL teams throughout his 13 year career. The problem with the 32-year old is that he just can't stay healthy; he's never played more than 67 games in a single season and played in just 58 total games over the last two seasons combined.
