Evander Kane pleads not guilty in Buffalo court case

New details about the case are coming out today during Evander Kane's arraignment stemming from his incident at a Buffalo bar weeks ago.

Evander Kane arrived in Buffalo today, and pleaded not guilty at his arraignment this morning at Buffalo City Court. Kane was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass, non-criminal disorderly conduct and four counts of non-criminal harassment a few weeks ago due to a late night altercation at a local bar.

Kane declined to comment to the media, and his attorney Paul Cambria said, "My only comment is he's not guilty."

The maximum sentence for Kane could be up to 90 days in jail, but according to DA Michael Flaherty (and as reported by WBEN's Brian Mazurowski) first time offenders such as Kane rarely see jail time, and many of these cases are resolved without a trial.
