GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – All these years later, skate marks carved into the wood still decorate the stairs leading from the basement dressing room to a multipurpose arena that now serves as Gary and Pamela Davis’ backyard. They have 4- and 6-year-old sons who keep them busy.
The Davises purchased the home in 2010 when Gary’s job in the health care industry led them to relocate from the Detroit area to Grand Haven, a small, close-knit town of 11,000 along the eastern shores of Lake Michigan. Their 150-foot driveway leads to a pretty home tucked away on a gorgeous, 3½-acre lot on a tree-lined street with no outlet.
