Women’s Tennis Recognized By NCAA For Academic Progress Rate

BUFFALO, NY - The Mid-American Conference University at Buffalo women's tennis team has received a Public Recognition Award from the NCAA for their efforts in the classroom.

The Bulls are one of more than 1,200 teams from 312 Division I schools to be recognized for academic excellence after scoring in the top 10 percent of their sport in the most recent Academic Progress Rates.

Buffalo is one of four Mid-American Conference schools in women's tennis on the list, joining Akron, Ball State, and Toledo.

The APR is an annual scorecard of academic achievement calculated for all Division I sports teams.
