Women's Soccer Earns NCAA Public Recognition

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The University at Buffalo women's soccer team received an NCAA Public Recognition Award for academic excellence on Wednesday after scoring in the top 10% of their sport in the most recent Academic Progress rate results.

Of the 1,328 teams publicly recognized for high achievement 857 were women's teams while 471 were men's or mixed squads.

The APR measures eligibility, graduation and retention each semester or academic term and provides a clear picture of the ongoing academic performance for each team in every sport. The most recent APRs are multi-year rates based on scores from the 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, and 2017-18 academic years.
