BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's basketball team (12-3, 3-1 MAC) improved to 5-0 in front of their home fans on Wednesday night as they fought off the Miami (OH) RedHawks and collected the 72-67 victory. The 3-1 start to MAC play matches the best start in program history as the Bulls also started out 3-1 in 2012-13.
The Bulls saw three players score in double figures on Wednesday led by junior Cierra Dillard who netted a game-high 19 points, eight assists, six rebounds and three steals across 37 minutes of work.
