February 12, 2018 Stephanie Ward placed 2nd in the 5,000m in a strong field at the Spire D-I Invite. Her time of 16:29.05 was a personal best by over 20 seconds and set a new UB school record. It is a MAC Auto Qualifier, and ranks #2 in the MAC. Junior Ethan Nittolo had a solid weekend for the Bulls as he led UB to a 2-1 weekend in West Point. On Saturday, Nittolo won his match at second doubles with Hao Sheng Koay, 6-3, against UConn and in singles he won in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2 as the Bulls swept the Huskies 7-0.
