BUFFALO, NY - After starting their 2016 outdoor track & field season last weekend at the Wake Forest Open, three UB track and field team members - Darien Johnson, Malayah White, and Ryan Cribbin - were named MAC Athlete of the Week in their specific discipline on Tuesday.
Darien Johnson was named Male Track Athlete of the Week after running a personal-best time of 10.57 in the 100m dash. He currently leads the MAC and finished fifth. His time at the Wake Forest Open is also a MAC auto qualifying for the outdoor track and field conference championships.
