BUFFALO, NY – Three University at Buffalo men's tennis players earned academic All-MAC honors, the conference office announced on Tuesday morning. Junior Hao Sheng Koay was honored for the second straight year, while sophomores Nickolas Frisk and Matthew Johnson earned the honor for the first time.
Johnson highlighted the squad as he is one of three individuals with a perfect 4.0 GPA, majoring in business. On the court, Johnson finished the year with a 15-11 record, spending time at fourth, fifth, and sixth singles. He went 7-5 at fifth singles.
