MANHEIM, PA – University at Buffalo wrestling head coach John Stutzman has been named a finalist for the 2019 NWCA Division I National Coach of the Year.
Stutzman is in his sixth and finest season as the head coach of the Bulls. UB went 12-5 in duals on the year, tying the most wins in a season since returning to the Division I ranks in 1998. The Bulls also won a school-record five Mid-American Conference duals.
At last week's MAC Championships, two UB wrestlers won individual titles. Troy Keller was the champion at 165 lbs.
