BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo softball team (16-31, 7-16 MAC) saw their slim MAC Tournament hopes fade away on Saturday afternoon as they dropped a doubleheader at Nan Harvey Field to Miami (OH). The Bulls fell in the first game by the score of 13-3 and 16-11 in the second game of the day.
The Bulls were able to gain the lead in the bottom of the first inning in game one but couldn't hold onto the lead. After Leandra Jew popped out to open the bottom of the first, Anna Aguon connected on her first home run of the day to give UB the 1-0 lead.
