Joanna Smith the first All-MAC First Teamer for UB since Brittany Hedderson.
After Kristen Sharkey was snubbed last year, it only took one more season for UB to put a Bull on the All-MAC Women's Basketball First Team, as the conference announced this afternoon that junior Joanna Smith joins Akron's Anita Brown, Ball State's Nathalie Fontaine, Ohio's Kiyanna Black, and Toledo's Brenae Harris on the league's top list.
Sophomore Stephanie Reid was also honored, named to the All-MAC Third Team and the All-MAC Defensive Team.
Smith is fourth in the conference this season with 18 points per game, but rises to second and 19.
