Some of this has been talked about elsewhere, but I just got my hands on a copy of the memorandum of understanding between the university and Coach Mo.
None of this is final, these contracts take a while to work their way through but it will look something like this.
Guaranteed Pay
- Base Salary $475,000
- Additional compensation $200,000
These two together come to $675,000 which makes Coach Linguist the 4th highest paid coach in the Mid American Conference. Additional compensation usually means money from commercials, TV and radio appearances, etc.
