For most of UB's 17 years in the Mid-American Conference, the Huskies have been the league's best team. They've won the last six MAC West Titles, and most recently the 2014 MAC Championship. But a variety of factors-schedule, injuries, bad luck-have made this an unusual season in DeKalb, Illinois.
