Senior Lolade Ogungbesan was named the MAC Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player as she won both of her singles matches this past weekend, including the tournament clincher on Sunday afternoon against Miami (OH). Ogungbesan, who clinched the regular season title for the Bulls as well, won her first match this weekend against Bowling Green in the MAC Semifinals as she defeated Marharita Tavpash, 6-2, 6-2, helping the Bulls to a 4-1 win. On Sunday, Ogungbesan overcame a first set loss in a 5-7, 6-2, 6-3 win over Emily Struble of Miami. Ogungbesan leads the Bulls with a 26-6 singles record this year.
