BUFFALO, NY – Nine members of the University at Buffalo wrestling team will compete at the Marine Corps Open Wrestling Championships in Las Vegas. The event will run from April 26th to the 28th at the South Point Arena.
Bryan Lantry (61kg), Nick Cassella (65kg) and Alex Smythe (74kg) will compete at the U.S. Open. The Bulls will also have six wrestlers competing at the UWW Men's Junior Nationals. They are Derek Spann (61kg), Nick Palumbo (70kg), Noah Grover (74kg), Jake Lanning (79kg), Cameron Calderelli (86kg) and Sam Schyler (92kg).
