February 4, 2019 Jillian Lawton impressed for the Bulls in several events during the team’s 176-117 win in the Senior Day dual meet against Bowling Green, as the sophomore was a part of both of the Bulls’ relays wins, collecting first place finishes in both the 200-yard medley (1:43.68) and 200-yard freestyle (1:35.75) relays. Lawton also collected an individual victory on the day, touching the wall in first place in the 50-yard freestyle with a winning time of 23.43. Atkins ran to a dominating win in the Gold 800m event at the Akron Invite, clocking in a winning time of 1:50.
