BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo junior swimmer Katelyn Burns collected her first-career MAC Swimmer of the Week honors this week after a dominant performance which saw her claim victory in five different events in the pool Saturday during Buffalo's annual dual meet exhibition against Cornell.
Burns started her meet out collecting a victory in the first event of the day, the 200 yard freestyle relay, with the relay team including sophomore Jillian Lawton, senior Andrea Ernst and senior Catherine Schultheis as they swam to victory in a time of 1:33.
