September 10, 2018 Freshman Tess Ford had her best weekend of her young UB career this weekend as she helped propel Buffalo to a 2-0 record with wins over Canisius and St. Francis (PA). The freshman defender was a monster on set pieces all weekend long as she was able to notch the first two goals of her UB career with five shots. She also helped the Bulls preserve their fourth shutout of the season on Sunday with her strong defensive effort. On Friday, Ford was able to convert on a corner kick as she gathered the ball and buried it into the right corner of the net for her first career marker.
