Dillard And Moore Named Athletes Of The Week

Junior Cierra Dillard put on a clinic this past week at the NCAA Tournament as she was able to average 29.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 3.3 steals while shooting 49.1% from the floor and 37.5% from three point range while leading Buffalo to their first ever Sweet 16 appearance against the defending national champions. Dillard opened up the NCAA Tournament with a 36-point explosion, highest scoring total of any player in the tournament, as the Bulls downed South Florida 102-79. She finished the game going 11-for-18 from the floor and 7-for-13 from deep to go along with six rebounds.
