KALAMAZOO, MI – The University at Buffalo track and field team had another outstanding day at the 2017 Outdoor Mid-American Conference Championships. The Bulls brought home two medals and broke two school records at the competition.
Devon Patterson kept the tradition of Buffalo being the powerhouse in the Mid-American Conference for throws, with a conference title in the men's shot put. Patterson threw for a distance of 17.83m or 58' 6" for the gold.
Also taking home a medal was 5-year senior Michael Morgan. Morgan posted an overall score of 7166 in the men's decathlon to take second.
