BUFFALO, NY – Fresh off a dominating week at home, University at Buffalo senior guard CJ Massinburg has been named the MAC East Player of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday. This is the third time this season that Massinburg has been honored as the East Player of the Week.
Massinburg led the Bulls by averaging 20.5 points per game this past week as UB won a pair of games to increase their current winning streak to five game. In the process, Massinburg moved into third place on Buffalo's all-time scoring list in the win over Kent State as he now has 1,835 points in his career.
