ROCKFORD, IL – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team closed out their road trip with a 7-0 victory at Northern Illinois on Sunday afternoon, winning all six singles matches in straight sets.
The Bulls took the point in doubles with identical 6-1 victories at first and third doubles. At first doubles, Chantal Martinez Blanco and Nikoleta Antoniou Karademitrou came away with the victory, while the third doubles win came courtesy of Emel Abibula and Hsin-Yuan Shih.
In singles action, Martinez Blanco won at first singles, 6-3, 6-2, while Antoniou Karademitrou claimed a 6-1, 6-2 victory at second singles.
