If you’ve been following UB recruiting long enough you know two things. (1) While New York is not a deep recruiting state there is some real talent ot be found and (2) UB has, at times, had trouble tapping that talent.
A good example is Lockport’s David Fluellen. Who chose Toledo over the Bulls and is now a backup in the NFL. That season the Bulls pulled in James Potts, who for various reasons never really caught on in Buffalo.
This season, however, Lance Leipold and his staff have won a couple of nice local battles.
Today Dylan McDuffie, who according to 247 is the 26th ranked player in NY and the state’s second best prospect at the halfback position, verbally committed to the Buffalo Bulls.
