MT. PLEASANT, MI – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team led wire-to-wire on Tuesday night as the Bulls came away with a tough 88-82 win at Central Michigan. The win was UB's second in a row as Buffalo improved to 18-6 on the season and 10-1 in the Mid-American Conference.
The Bulls opened the evening on a 7-2 run as UB hit its first seven shots of the night. Buffalo raced out to a 20-12 lead just five minutes in following a three from Nick Perkins, and a layup from senior Wes Clark gave the Bulls a 30-18 lead with 8:57 remaining.
