Bulls Lead Wire-To-Wire in 85-52 Win Over Kent State in MAC Tournament Quarterfinals

CLEVELAND, OH – The University at Buffalo women's basketball team led wire-to-wire in a dominating 85-52 win over Kent State in the quarterfinals of the MAC Tournament on Wednesday. With the win the Bulls move to 21-9 on the year and advance to the semifinals for the fifth straight year.

Cierra Dillard led all scorers with 22 points to go along with three rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block. Hanna Hall had a breakout performance scoring 16 points, including 4-of-5 from beyond the arc, while dishing out five assists.

"I knew this was the stage that I had to come through, especially with teams playing the way they're playing against Cierra and Summer and our main players right now, it's important for me to be able to be that third option as well as Courtney Wilkins, a great shooter," sophomore guard Hanna Hall said.
