KENT, OH – The University at Buffalo women's basketball team fell to Kent State 62-53 in the regular season finale on Saturday afternoon. With the loss the Bulls fall to 20-9 on the year, 12-6 in league play.
Cierra Dillard and Teresa Onwuka each had a game-high 18 points for the Bulls. Onwuka converted on a career-high ten free throws to go along with seven rebounds on the day.
The Bulls shot just 13-of-50 (26.0%) from the field for the game, including 3-of-16 (18.8%) from beyond the arc. The 13 made field goals was a season-low for Buffalo.
