MUNCIE, IND. – The University at Buffalo men's and women's track and field teams completed the first day of action at the 2019 Outdoor Mid-American Conference Championships hosted by Ball St. University at Briner Sports Complex on Thursday.
The Bulls put three student-athletes on the podium during the day, highlighted by William Hilbert's impressive second place finish in the men's 10,000 meter race, pacing himself to a silver medal with a time of 31:23.54.
Also earning a medal on the afternoon was Bulls junior Hannah Roof, who leapt over the bar in the women's pole vault event at a height of 3.
