It's nearly the same story as a week ago: on a light first evening of the MAC Swimming and Diving Championships, UB has a win (and a school record) to its ledger and sits just a hair from first place.
Hudson Carroll, Itai De La Vega, Mason Miller, and Aaron Durrence combined to open the night with a win for the Bulls, a school-record-breaking 1:27.47 in the 200 medley relay. The previous record was set in the 2011 season and this year's group, with only De La Vega holding over from last season, was nearly two seconds better than the best 2015 mark.
