It's been a busy couple of weeks for people following UB basketball.
Assistant coach Donyell Marshall was reportedly leaving Buffalo for an assistant post at Rutgers. While that turned out to be an erroneous story it is true that Marshall is moving on, moving instead to a head coaching position.
Marshall will be joining the Central Connecticut Blue Devils Men's Basketball team as the man in charge.. The school is located in New Britain, Connecticut, an area well known to Marshall after his college career at UConn.
The school competes in the Northeast Conference and is transitioning to a new coach for the first time in 20 years after a long career from Howie Dickenman.
