January 7, 2019 Sophomore Brittney Beetcher continued her dominance in the pool she started the 2018-19 campaign with, collecting two individual victories on the day in the 1000-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle events in the first meet of the 2019 year. Beetcher clocked in an impressive time of 10:16.03 in the 1000-yard freestyle event, claiming first place and finishing an entire 13 seconds ahead of the second placed swimmer from Liberty. She collected the win in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:01.20. Troy Keller won by technical fall to help the Bulls defeat Hofstra, 25-12 on Sunday afternoon.
