DAVIDSON, NC – The University at Buffalo baseball team dropped their second straight game to open the season on Saturday afternoon on the road against Davidson at Wilson Field, 5-0. The Bulls left nine runners on base while striking out six times at the dish in the loss.
The Bulls had a great chance to open the game up in the first inning but they weren't able to score with the bases loaded. Ben Haefner earned a walk and advanced to second on a passed ball before Bobby Sheppard smacked a single to left field to move Haefner to third with one out.
