January 10 - Doug Whaley signs three-year extension
The Bills' general manager since 2013, Whaley hass drafted Sammy Watkins and Ronald Darby, re-signed plenty of top-notch talent, and had success acquiring talent but the Bills still haven't been to the playoffs in his tenure.
