On a night where there wasn’t much to shout about, there were still a few monumental moments for a couple of individual Buffalo Bills despite the team’s 35-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Wide receiver Khalil Shakir has quickly established himself as Mr. Reliable for quarterback Josh Allen. On the second play from scrimmage, Allen found Shakir, and, although it was for no gain, the pass was the 28th consecutive connection without a miss for the duo.
With the catch, Shakir passed wide receiver Michael Thomas who had 27 consecutive catches for the New Orleans Saints in 2018.
