The Buffalo Bills are in the process of reducing their 2024 roster from 91 to 53 players, which they must be in compliance with per NFL rules by Tuesday, August 27 at 4 p.m. EDT. Head coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane have worked tirelessly building the roster since the 2023 NFL season ended.
In order to meet the NFL’s roster requirements, the Bills began the process of waiving players this past Saturday, parting ways with seven players while placing two safeties on Injured Reserve (IR).
Most notable among the team’s initial roster moves is the decision to release quarterbacks Ben DiNucci and Anthony Brown.
