Running back Karlos Williams has spent the first two weeks of training camp on the side with the strength and conditioning staff as he worked to lose the weight that landed him on the Active/Non-Football Illness list. On Monday he was activated and practiced for the first time.

“It felt good to touch a football again and being around teammates in live action with live reps and being on special teams and going through drills with Coach Crossman,” said Williams. “It was just great to be back on the football field.
