The New England Patriots and restricted free agent wide receiver Chris Hogan have agreed to a three-year, $12 million offer sheet, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
The offer sheet will be signed Friday, sources said, and the Buffalo Bills have five days to match the terms.
