The Buffalo Bills will fire offensive coordinator Greg Roman, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Roman's firing comes less than 24 hours after the Bills fell to 0-2 with Thursday night's 37-31 loss to the New York Jets.
Buffalo gained 393 yards from scrimmage on Thursday night, but the offense sputtered in last Sunday's season-opening 14-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, gaining just 160 yards.
Roman, who was the league's highest-paid offensive coordinator, was in his second season with the Bills. He also served as the San Francisco 49ers' offensive coordinator from 2011 to 2014.
