Seantrel Henderson to serve four-game suspension

While it was thought that the third-year pro would appeal, it appears he will sit for the first four games of 2016.

In what has to be a frustrating addition to an already tumultuous offseason for Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills, tackle Seantrel Henderson has been suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season. He will not appeal. The team released a statement earlier this afternoon, and Chris Brown shared his thoughts via the team website.

The largest takeaway from Brown’s write-up comes from the middle of the article, where he said:

“There were reports this week that Henderson would appeal the suspension as those reports indicated his positive test was related to his medical condition that has made for a difficult road back to the field for the third-year offensive lineman.
