ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Sammy Watkins' offseason hip surgery had kept him out of full-team drills until this week, but the second-year wide receiver said Wednesday that he'll be ready for the start of training camp.
"I'll be there first day of training camp competing," he said.
