Richie Incognito isn't Bills' only option at guard in free agency

Here are the moves the Buffalo Bills should consider when free agency opens at 4 p.m. ET Wednesday:

Re-sign Richie Incognito, if price is right: General manager Doug Whaley said Thursday on WGR 550 that the Bills were working "diligently" to re-sign Incognito, although at this point Incognito would be wise to wait to sign any new deal until Monday, when other teams can officially begin negotiating with him. The Bills are razor-thin at guard after releasing Kraig Urbik this week, so re-signing Incognito, a Pro Bowler last season, would be a win.
