Rex Ryan's explanation on why Bills played LeSean McCoy falls short

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- It's debatable whether Mike Gillislee starting over LeSean McCoy would have made a difference in the outcome of the Buffalo Bills' 28-25 loss Sunday to the Miami Dolphins, but it would have been difficult for Gillislee to do worse than a hobbled McCoy, who finished with 11 yards on eight carries.

It's easy to second guess the Bills' decision to allow McCoy to play in the game only four days after injuring his hamstring in last Wednesday's practice. Had McCoy somehow been more effective, few would be scrutinizing the decision this week.
