PITTSFORD, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan will eat a dog biscuit Thursday as part of the “dog biscuit challenge” to raise awareness for the Erie County (New York) Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
