ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- High winds caused property damage in Buffalo and surrounding towns Thursday when the Buffalo Bills were playing a prime-time game at MetLife Stadium, and upon the team's return from New Jersey on Friday morning, coach Rex Ryan had an idea.
"I'll tell you this right now: I would sign up to play the Patriots right out here, right now," Ryan said to open his news conference Friday. "C'mon [Tom] Brady, let's see what you got.
"Cross winds, all that. That's when we need to play them. That'll level off that passing attack a little bit.
